PROYECTCOCK E.I.R.L. (SCOCKCEI) maintains an Official Consumer Complaints Register as required by Peruvian law. You have the right to file a complaint or claim regarding contracted services. You will receive a response within 30 calendar days.
Legal Notice: Pursuant to Art. 24° of DS 011-2011-PCM, the provider must respond to the claim within no more than thirty (30) calendar days, which may be extended by another equal period when the nature of the claim justifies it, with the consumer's knowledge.
