3. Diagnosis & Appointment Scheduling

The Site allows users to schedule initial 30-minute diagnostic sessions free of charge via third-party tools (Cal.com). The user agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding their commercial needs. SCOCKCEI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments that do not align with the business's scope or that include incomplete information.

All contents, corporate trademarks (SCOCKCEI), logos, text, design, and structure of the website are the exclusive property of PROYECTCOCK E.I.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and industrial laws in Peru under INDECOPI, as well as international treaties.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the application of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Peru, submitting to the jurisdiction of the judges and tribunals of the province of Lima.
